Mr. Ghazi bin Abdulhamid Al Rawi is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Investment Bank, a founder and executive partner of several companies, and has extensive experience in the fields of communications, investment, and business development. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Engineering Science and Management Finance from Stanford University in the United States, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University. He has held several positions throughout his career, including work with McKinsey & Company, the Capital Market Authority, and National Commercial Bank. He served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee and as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at Banque Saudi Fransi before joining the Saudi Investment Bank. He currently serves on the boards of directors and committees of listed and unlisted companies. He has been a member of the bank's Board of Directors since February 14, 2025.
