Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Zoum is a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Investment Bank. He was appointed by royal decree as Governor of the General Authority for Competition and subsequently Chief Executive Officer after completing his tenure. He previously served as Director of the Research Department at the Capital Market Authority and has extensive experience in finance and capital markets. He has held various positions in his career at the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the International Energy Forum. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nebraska and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado in the United States.
