Overview

Arab National Bank (ANB) is a Saudi joint-stock company listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). Established in 1979, the bank operates through 167 branches across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It also has an international branch in London, the UK capital, which opened in 1991. Arab National Bank (ANB, a Saudi joint-stock company) was established pursuant to Royal Decree No. M/38 dated Rajab 18, 1399 AH (corresponding to June 13, 1979 AD). The bank commenced operations on February 2, 1980 AD, after the operations of Arab Bank Limited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were transferred to it. The bank operates under Commercial Registration No. 1010027912 dated Rabi' al-Awwal 1, 1400 AH (corresponding to January 19, 1980 AD).

The bank provides all commercial and Islamic banking services to individuals and companies through its branches, in addition to financial advisory, investment, wealth management, mutual funds, brokerage, trading, and local and international trading in securities and foreign currencies, as well as treasury and investment services. The bank's capital amounts to 6.5 billion Saudi riyals.
