Self Employed Documents:
• A copy of the bank statement for the last three months.
• A copy of the title deed.
• A copy of the commercial register.
Professional Documents:
• A clear, enlarged image of the status card.
• For non-Saudis, a clear copy of residency, passport, full address and phone number in the home country.
• For additional cards, a copy of the identity card, passport or residence for non-Saudis.
