Eligibility:
• Available to all employees of sectors approved by the bank, bank employees and doctors in the private sector that are not approved.
• Monthly salary starting from SAR 10,000.
• The minimum age of the applicant is 18 years.
• The period of service in the current job for workers in the private sector should be 3 months and 12 months in social insurance.

• Filling the finance application.
• Employer certificate specifying the salary and number of years in service.
• Filling the offer & acceptance form.
• Sketch showing the location of the property.
• Copy of title deed.
• Copy of building license (for the house or apartment).
